Pricing and Information- Prices are Negotiable Within Reason. All prices include a 50% upfront deposit.
- The time it takes to finish a design will vary, the Larger and more complex the design the more time it will take.
- If you wish to stop the design at anytime you will receive a 100% refund including the 50% deposit.
- A commission will be finished when both of us are happy with the design and all furnishings are placed.
- If any adjustments of furnishings need to be done I will do them free of charge when I am able.
- I may ask to take photos to add them to my portfolio, this is up to you and won't impact your design if you say no.

• Cottage/Small - 12Mil
• House/Medium - 25Mil
• Mansion/Large - 40Mil
You will also pay for the furnishings separate to the commission cost. I will buy them on your behalf if I am given an approximate cost of furnishings required (I am happy to give any remaining Gil back or keep it as a tip).
Please do not expect an immediate response. Some pictures within my portfolio may be taken within a separate program, rather than the within FFXIV, this implies things like lighting, colours and furnishing textures may not be 100% accurate.
